Refund Policy

Astro Arun Pandit Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Astro Arun Pandit” or “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”) is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order. Please note that our refund policy lasts 07 (seven) days (‘Permissible Return Time’) after the delivery. You are required to inform us of your decision to return the product in the Permissible Return Time by approaching us on [email protected]. For refund on the returned product please check the section on refund below. If the Permissible Return Time has lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Note : To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Company reserves the right to negate a return claim if the product returned is damaged and/or any other conditions mentioned herein above are not met.

SECTION 1

NON – RETURNABLE ITEMS/SERVICES

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods including but not limited to food items, astro magazines and others cannot be returned. Please note that due to the intrinsic nature of the products we sell on the website and the likelihood of these products being exchanged with fake/low quality counter products, we cannot accept any return requests for such products. Please note personalized rings/jewellery/bracelets or any kind of wearable made with specific fitting size for a person cannot be returned. We request you to kindly check the website and or contact customer support to enquire about the returnability of the product.

Note – No refund shall be processed for the reason that in-correct information or data has been provided by you.

SECTION 2

RETURN PROCESS

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before consulting us.

Note – There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 07 days after delivery.

Note – No refund shall be processed for the reason that incorrect information or data has been provided by you.

SECTION 3

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and duly inspected by our team, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our internal inspection.

If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original/source method of payment, within 7-10 working days, subject to unforeseeable delays from bank processes and/or public holidays, if applicable.

Note – We kindly request that you acknowledge our inability to process refunds to any account other than the original source of payment. This policy is in place to comply with applicable legal requirements and to avoid any potential legal or penal consequences. Refunds will only be issued to the payment method and/or original account initially used for the transaction.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, we kindly request that you first verify your bank account for the transaction. If the refund is not reflected, please contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted due to factors beyond the Company’s control.

After checking with your credit card company, we advise you to contact your bank to inquire about the status of the credit for the refund. Please note that the processing of refund payments by banks involves several steps and may take some time to be fully processed and posted to your account.

SECTION 4

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

All items marked as “Sale” or purchased at a discounted price are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. By completing the purchase of a sale item, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.

SECTION 5

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, you must contact us via email at [email protected] within 7 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability, and all items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags, if applicable. Please note that if approved for exchange you have to return the item to Plot 400 Kakadeo, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 208019, India.

SECTION 6

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver only as we only refund to the source account of payment.

SECTION 7

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Plot No. 406, Gali No. 2, Krishna Puri, Chhapeda, Kanpur, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 208025. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on the recipient’s location. The Company does not guarantee a specific delivery time for exchanges, and the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may be subject to factors such as shipping method, distance, and customs processing, where applicable. If you are shipping an item over 10,000/- INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee and/or assure you the safety and timely delivery of any return shipped by you, whatsoever.

SECTION 8

SHIPPING POLICY

Astro Arun Pandit offers free shipping on all orders within India. We deliver through safe & fast courier services including but not limited to DTDC, Blue Dart etc. We use Indian Postal Service for remote/rural areas where the courier companies have no service. International Shipping – International shipping i.e. outside India is charged as applicable. All shipments are sent through reliable courier service providers including but not limited to FedEx, UPS & DHL etc. All our shipments are insured. The insurance cost is included in our shipping cost and you do not need to pay anything extra.

SECTION 9

DISPATCH TIME

The time required to prepare your order for dispatch depends on whether the item needs to be studded into jewelry or certified by a laboratory of your choice, in addition to the certification provided by our reputed laboratory. Typically, the process of studding a gemstone into a jewelry piece takes approximately 4-5 days. However, loose gemstones or ready-made items are generally dispatched within the same day to 2 days from the date of order.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the above, the timelines mentioned may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee the specified timelines in such cases and will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders as promptly as possible.

ORDER/SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order through the Tracking ID provided by us on the email address provided by you, as soon as the order is dispatched from our end. In case of queries, doubts, or clarifications, please contact us at support.astroarunpandit.org.

SECTION 11

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery within Metro Cities in India typically takes 2 to 3 days from the date of dispatch. For other regions within India, delivery may take 3 to 7 days from the date of dispatch. International orders are generally delivered within 35 to 40 days by our shipping partners. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 12

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

For orders placed from outside India, delivery is typically expected to take 30 to 35 days from the date of dispatch. In the event of any issues that prevent successful delivery, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 40 to 45 days from the date the issue is identified. This refund policy applies exclusively to international orders.

We currently offer delivery to over 150 countries worldwide.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 13

REFUND POLICIES IN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)

In the event of an issue with the delivery of an international order, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 40 to 45 days. This refund policy applies exclusively to international orders. Custom Duties & Taxes (Outside India) :-

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may be charging as these vary from case to case and are beyond our control. While we are fully committed to offering assistance in this regard, we advise you to contact your local customs authorities for any clarification.

Please note that for international orders, if the shipment is either refused by the customer or cancelled after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and other charges imposed by their country for the return of the items to us. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned items. Any balance due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund timeline, less any fees, customs duties, VAT, and other charges incurred for the return process.

SECTION 14

Name Correction Policy

We put extensive time and effort into each Name Correction analysis — combining numerology, astrology, and detailed calculations to suggest the most suitable names for you.

Full Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you do not receive the order within the stipulated time duration.

Delivery Timelines: The Company strives to deliver the follwoing reports in the stipulated time as mentioned below -

1. Name correction Report - 10 days and

2. Name Analysis Report - 5 days.

Please note that while we endeavour to deliver the services ina timely manner, the Company cannot be held liable for any delay caused due to extranl factors. Please note that any public holidays and/or sundays shall be excluded from the above mentioned delivery timelines.

Not Satisfied with the Names?

If you are not fully satisfied with the suggested names or the service, we are happy to reconsider and rework the name suggestions once based on your feedback. However, please note that no refund will be issued in such cases. Please note that we will forward your request for further correction to a dedicated team who will analyse the request and shall evaluate the same as per the subject matter. The team will assist you in providing you with a resolution to your query in case of any genuince concerns. However, the team reserves the right to not proceed with any such query shpuld our internal investigation reveal that our determined terms and conditions were adhred to while delivering the services.

Refund Eligibility:

1. Non- Eligibility for Refund -

1.1 Once a question is received:

Please note that it is our endeavour to resolve your queries promptly. To ensure the same the team allots a dedicated astrologer to your question as and when we receive your question. To better deliver our services and ensure seamless working of our astrologers we are unable to adhere to any requests for refund of this service. This is to ensure that the services provided by the astrologer are catered to and the customer query is answered in a timely manner.

2. If the question is not answered within 48 working hours:

In the rare case that you do not receive your answer within 48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays), you will be eligible for a full refund or suitable compensation, as per agreement.

SECTION 16

Astrology Consultation Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

On-Time Participation

• Clients are expected to join their scheduled consultation at the exact appointment time.

• Grace periods for technical difficulties or minor delays:

■ 20-minute consultations: 5-minute grace period.

■ 30-minute consultations: 10-minute grace period.

• After the grace period expires, the session will be considered a "no-show"

• Fails to join the consultation call within the specified grace period (5 minutes for 20-minute sessions, 10 minutes for 30-minute sessions).

• Joins the call but is unprepared to participate (e.g., in a location where consultation cannot proceed).

Rescheduling Charges

No-Show Rescheduling Fee

• 50% of the original consultation fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

• This fee covers the time blocked and preparation completed for the missed session.

• The rescheduling fee is non-refundable.

Payment Requirements

• Rescheduling fees must be paid within 48 hours to maintain booking privileges.

• New appointments can only be scheduled after rescheduling fee payment is confirmed.

Emergency Exceptions

Any No-Show caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, or any other event or circumstance that is unforeseeable and unavoidable (“Force Majeure Event”), shall be subject to a discretionary exception to the aforemnetioned terms. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether the Force Majeure Event justifies the No-Show.

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking a consultation, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this rescheduling and no-show policy. This policy is designed to ensure respectful use of time and maintain the quality of astrological services provided. This policy is effective as of tomorrow and may be updated with reasonable notice to clients. Clients usage of the services is deemed to them concurring to this policy.
